1. Purpose of Donations
All donations made to the Jane Goodall Institute New Zealand (JGINZ) support our charitable work in conservation, education, community engagement, and youth empowerment. Funds are used at the discretion of JGINZ to deliver programmes, maintain operations, and advance our mission.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By making a donation through this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
3. Donations & Receipts
- Donations may be made as one‑off contributions or recurring payments.
- JGINZ will issue a receipt for every donation.
- Donations over the threshold set by Inland Revenue may be eligible for tax credits; donors are responsible for confirming eligibility and submitting claims.
4. Refund Policy
As a small charity, donations are generally non‑refundable.
Refunds may be considered in cases of:
- Duplicate transactions
- Clear payment error
- Other exceptional circumstances
Requests must be made within 14 days of the donation and may require proof of the transaction.

We collect donor information solely for processing payments, issuing receipts, and communicating updates related to JGINZ.
